Collage Development committe / Anti Ragging Committee

As per AICTE notification F. No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009 6(a) for prevention and prohibition of Ragging in Technical institute, following Anti Ragging committee has been reconstituted by the institute. It shall be the duty of Anti Ragging committee to ensure compliance with the provision of these regulation as well as the provisions of any law for the time being in force concerning Ragging, and also to monitor Anti Ragging squad in prevention of Ragging in institute. Anti Ragging Week Celebration :
| Jagadambha College of Engineering and Technology, Yavatmal, has celebrated Anti ragging Week Celebration (12 August to 18th August 2023) in presence of Hon'ble Secretary, Dr. Shital Watile , Hon'ble Director, Prof. Sanjay Hazare, HOD of Electrical Engineering Department, Nodal officer of Anti-ragging cell, and today's acting Principal, Prof. Dr. V G Neve, HOD of Civil Engineering Department Prof. S. R. Raut, HOD of E&TC Engineering Department Prof. D. B. Pohare, HOD of Mechanical Engineering Department Prof. K N Kalaspurkar, First Year Incharge Prof. M A Khan, Anti-ragging Coordinator Prof. Ms. Sneha Khodke, all staff and students. |
| Nodal officer of Antiragging Cell Dr. V G Neve have given seminar on awareness of Antiragging and also explain how to fill the Anti-ragging Affidavit in his Seminar. |
| Hon'ble Director Prof. Sanjay Hazare sir talked about the institution and it's development in ragging free campus. He focus on various issues related to ragging and also the precautions carried out by Government of India and its various policies. |
| We have Organised various events like Slogan, Poster Presentation, Essay writing, Drama on Anti-ragging. Number of students participated in this event, evaluation was done by various judges panel and alloted First and Second Prize to the winners. |
| Prof. Dr. V. G. Neve expressed vote of thank to our Hon'ble Secretary, Dr. Shital Watile, Principal of the institute Dr. H. M. Bardkar for giving the permission and guidance to conduct this program. All HODs, Staff members and students gave huge support to make this program grand successful. |
