| Department was established during the inception of the Institute in the year 2009 as the department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with an intake of 60 students and Post- Graduate (PG) program in the year 2013. The capacity of PG is 18. Our department has a team of qualified and experienced faculty and staff member’s .We are striving hard continuously to improve the quality of education and maintain its position of leadership in Engineering and Technology. We always work with the motto "Hard work is the key of success." The core values of the department help the students to develop their overall personality and make them worthy technocrat to compete and work at global level. Our department has been conducting seminar / conferences since its beginning to keep the faculty and students aware with the latest developments in the field of technical education. All our teaching faculty have published papers extensively in academic and scientific journals. The students are encouraged to participate in various workshops and seminars which are conducted by our institution as well as other technical institutions. In addition, many of our students have received 1st prizes in different events and fields organized by Colleges. I am certain that our students will prove to be an invaluable asset to an organization. Department has well-equipped technical infrastructure with latest software and hardware for design, simulation and testing. Experts from Industries are invited regularly to deliver lectures on latest trends to promote closer interaction between academics and Industry. We organize Industrial visit, Local industrial visit, so that student will become well versed with current technological development. To develop multidimensional personality of students, the academic studies are balanced with various co- curricular and extra-curricular activities. Our students have got great openings in multinational companies and many have completed their higher education in renowned foreign universities. Department is fully dedicated to the enhancement and spread of knowledge in the field of engineering and technology. All the laboratories are as per the AICTE norms and curriculum of University of SGBAU. Many of the Alumni are placed in reputed branch of industries and others are pursuing higher education and many of them have started their own firms. |
